This has a really been a mediocre gaming year for me. Nothing so far has stood out. But from what I've read about the Halo game, it's look like a must have.

I really really want to play this but I just can't bring myself to buy an Xbox. Is there any information (or just rumour and speculation) that Bungie will release this and/or Halo 3 for Macs or even (via the magic of BootCamp) Windows?

I am so happy I bought an XBOX360 - I love Halo 3. Originally I stunk at playing it but I'm getting better. I just started playing on Heroic level.

I'm so excited about this new game and plan to buy it as soon as its available. I always smile when I hear Nathan's voice while playing Halo 3(Adams and Allens too!). Nathan voicing this new game is just an extra perk.

Can't wait!!

I have all three consoles & the 360 is my favorite!! Especially because of the Halo series. I cannot wait for this game - the more I see of it the more I want it. I'm sad that Halo Reach will be Bungie's last Halo game though.

So many good games coming out. I'm most looking forward to this, Mass Effect 2, Splinter Cell Conviction & Uncharted 2 (PS3). Dragon Age: Origins also looks good (same people that do Mass Effect).

Septimus, you're clearly pretty enthused about the presence of Nathan Fillion in this preview - your 'starring' has enough 'r's to do a sports announcer proud. No worries, though; it actually made me giggle as I read across the headlines, imagining a tremendous scoop in pitch with reverb applied, and I'm not a typically giggly person.

Eh, Halo is pretty good. I'm much more excited about Modern Warfare 2, but I'll probably check out ODST at some point.

I can't believe no one has mentioned the fact that Alan Tudyk and Adam Baldwin are not only in this game as well, but in this video! Adam is the heavy weapons guy, and Alan is the pilot. (Where did they come up with these wacky roles for these guys to play?)
