My suspicion is it's because these are just the thumbnails to the actual promotional photos themselves, wherever they might be.

If I was a betting man, I would say they originally turned up at the Fox Flash site and then got taken down. But not before spoiler fan managed to grab them.

Yeah, those look like publicity images as they've got the descriptions on each. Since these are out there now somehow, I'll try and get the full resolution ones later today. The images for 2x02 will be hilariously different in tone.
