I hope The Monster doesn't end up as destroyed in the Whedonverse. I mean, you don't do that to a classic. (Plus I have the usual egotistical reasons; Giles and Harmony met The Monster in one of my fics.)

However, I'm seriously considering dropping my rule of being only the main continuation series and ignoring the spin-offs for this ! Looks appealing.
