IESB Interview With Michelle Trachtenberg On Mercy & Gossip Girl.

Michelle Trachtenberg asked a guy for his number and he said no?
How is that physically possible?
He doesn't have a phone ?

Neither show particularly appeals to me but good luck to her, always good to see the Whedonverse peeps working.
Deadline Hollywood is reporting that there may be problems with Mercy .

But I hear that Mercy, which was moved up when Parenthood was pushed back, is in trouble. The testing has been disappointing, and my sources have seen the documents to that effect. Gail Berman is complaining about NBC (bigwigs not supportive of the show), and NBC is complaining about her (she still thinks she's running a network)

She's a highlight of Gossip Girl for me, and that was a pretty awesome interview. I don't think I'll be watching Mercy, though.
Sad to hear that she still refers to Dawn first and foremost as 'whiny.'

Well, from the very few previews for "Mercy" that I've seen with her in them (I don't mean few previews - there's one every gorram ad break; I mean ones that have Michelle in them) she: 1.) Yelps, b.) cries or III) messes up a lot.

Nice to see she's got a challenging role, so unlike anything she's done before.

Oh, and hey! It's a totally unique concept for a show - a medical drama. Oooh.

Shadow gets out a mop for the sarcasm puddle she just made.
Character has a Master's? So Michelle is playing older than herself now?

Hmm, animal apttersn should be minimized, I guess I should rethink decorating the house I'll get with my PCH winnings in blue walls and tiger-pattern furntiure.

Nah, MT is 23 going on 24 - old enough to have taken a first degree and then a one or even two year Master's degree (but she'd still be very new to the work environment, as is her character).
