(SPOILER) Dollhouse boss breaks good Horrible news. Dr. Horrible lives again! Also contains mild Dollhouse character spoilers.

Just read the first paragraph so as to not be DH spoiled--Yay!! More Dr. H!!!

I hope they do the multi-act, multi-day release thing again...that was a fun part of the Dr. H experience for me the first time around.
I know this news got covered yesterday in the Dollhouse conference call but it may have got overlooked so I've restored this entry.
Haven't they been saying for months that there's a Dr. H. sequel in the works?
"other people" that "won't affect the storyline"? I feel like I've heard that before....and ended up with some frankly crap one-off dollhouse episodes as a result. While I'm tres excited about Dr. H, I would rather no sequel to one that loses the creativity and joy that was the first!

Yes, but now they're saying it... again
cinnamon_clover, that might be so, but it's also the case, for example, that The Cabin in the Woods was made with a studio, and the condition of buying the script was that it be greenlit, period, not go through an extensive studio notes/rewrites process first. He could be referring to something like that.
I'd rather no-budget no-notes. Maybe indie-budget tiny-notes.

Oh, and excited for those Dollhouse spoilers regarding the potential for Sierra and Victor to expand their self-awareness too.
I think I just died and went to Heaven!
Summer Glau is Ray Wise's Topher = instant win.
Is there a way to view invisi-text in the iPhone's Safari browser?
Felicia found 'other people' to help her budget without influencing her content, so I don't think that Joss would necessarily mean any network or studio involvement. I'm just excited that it'll happen and I'm hoping it is just what Joss wants it to be.

You could copy and paste it into a note. But on the page? I don't believe so.
I copy and paste it into the comment box (reply box) to view.
The real Dr. Horrible would have stolen all of the emmy's or melted them into cumin.
I agree with embers. There's a huge difference in what sort of deals you can negotiate when you own the IP outright vs developing something for a studio.
Thanks b!X and gossi. A small tip that helps in a big way.
