"Priya Song" - inspired by the Dollhouse episode "Belonging". The singer-songwriter says "Er, this song was written at two in the morning immediately after watching Friday's episode of Dollhouse. No, really." And you know what? It's really good too.

Beautiful. Hope this gets back to TPTB somehow. :)
I can't download it. Can someone put it on any other file sharing host, please? I would really appreciate it!

Edit: Another hosts were added. Thanks to the author!

I was sort of hoping this would link to a place to get the Jed and Maurissa original that was apparently used in the episode. Anyone know when that might be up on iTunes, if it isn't already?
jiggyfly- Maurissa Tancharoen tweeted this the other day: "Drones" isn't available yet. Will be in a few weeks hopefully.
I mostly liked "Priya's Song" - though I found it a little dreary & repetitive (while that may be sorta appropriate thematically, it was a little bit rough to get through.)

I liked her voice, and the lyrics, especially this:

I paint clouds
over the windows
over the windows
over my eyes
but I donít sing

Nice.

Somehow I anticipate more art being inspired by "Belonging" - not only is it filled with visual art and music, but it was just so damn good. It brings out the art in others.
Haven't downloaded the file yet, but the lyrics are very nice. Nice to know that whedonverse work still inspires others to creativity.
Does anyone know the song used when it shows Priya being carried into the truck, and Echo walking in on them imprinting her? That song is really amazing, and I'd love to have the full thing! :)

The song's called "Drones" and it was written by the episode's writers Jed Whedon and Maurissa Tancharoen (and it features Jed's beautiful singing voice :). It should be available via Amazon and iTunes soon, according to Maurissa's Twitter.
