The Futon Critic reviews Washington Field. This was a CBS pilot featuring Gina Torres that did not become a series for the 2009-2010 fall season.

And yes, you guessed it right. It's another procedural.

They're trying for a spin-off of Criminal Minds now, maybe they'll cast Gina again. I want to see her back on tv.
This apparently also featured the wonderful Angel Desai, Dollhouse's Sophie Alvarez.
What a pity, l would love to see Gina Torres on tv again. She's quite an actress.
Everybody knows Gina Torres has a recurring role on "FlashForward" as the wife of the Courtney B. Vance character, right? What's sort of funny in a two-degrees-of-separation way is that in real life, Courtney B. Vance is married to Angela Bassett, who played Tina Turner opposite Torres' real-life husband Laurence Fishburne (as Ike Turner) in "What's Love Got To Do With It." Small world!
Yeah, nice to see her pop up on 'Flashforward' (would've been a total surprise if I didn't read credits) and with what looked like a recurring storyline. Now I kinda want it to recur ASAP.
