(SPOILER) AtS S5 speculation at ASSB. (Spoilers up to 5x09)

Is the season 5 arc a whodunit? Is Wesley the manipulator?

You know by the end of the season, we'll all be going "of course, it was so obvious!". But till then theories like Moscow Watcher's are very entertaining and it does kinda make sense. Wesley being the major player for season 5 would be an amazing plot device.
Here's the argument: Wes deserves a real storyarc. A strong, unusual, breath-taking, thought-provoking storyarc. AD's acting range is extremely wide and he can pull off anything. And the character of Wes is one of the best assets WE has. It would be a shame if they won't use his full potential in season 5.

Agree? Disagree?

I agree entirely...(Interesting thoughts on season five btw) After re-watching past Buffy and Angel season I have come to a realization that Wesley is the character who has undergone the most change/development...It is really a kick to see him as a sniveling watcher/ex-watcher/rogue-demon hunter (BtVS 3, AtS 1)and then slowly develop through Angel season 2 and 3...Into a competent bad-ass in season four!
I know! This is so great that finally people are appreciating the great character that is Wesley Wyndham-Price!

I SO need to see him featured again. I was riveted the entire time he was kidnapping Connor, humping Lilah, overpowing Justine, etc...

There's just something he brings to the screen, (especially when he appears to be "traitorous") a smouldering presence. He is never ham-handed with his performance, and the result is much more intriguing than the performances of most other actors on the show.

And the character development? Unparalleled on AtS. Big Yay for Wes. Go Wes.
