41 Geeky Women to Follow on Twitter. Felicia Day, the "Geek Queen" tops this list of 41 geeky women to follow on twitter, which also mentions Alyson Hannigan, Emma Caulfield, Amber Benson, Julie Benz, and Maurissa Tancharoen.

Wait, Emma's in Red too? I don't remember this...
Dushku...World of Warcraft...that is all
Would have been cool to see Jane Espenson mentioned too. I think she's one of the raddest lady writers in television AND on Twitter!

And also Ms. Dushku, of course, who never fails to disappoint. Me, at least.

Clare Kramer, Juliet Landau, Dichen Lachman, Miracle Laurie and Jewel Staite also get no love here. Sigh. Oh well, I guess there isn't room for all of them unless it's an all Ladies of Whedon Twitter list.

Sometimes 'follow' really does just mean stalk.
@itsmebianca23...yeah, I'm adding myself to that list cause I be a geeky woman as well!
I question the true geekiness of some of these ladies. I mean, is Julie Benz really a geek, or is it just because she is Whedon-related?
Jelly, I think I agree...this list feels like it was put together specifically to be posted here in The Black.
Talking about our wonderful geeky women, I just got Felicia's The Guild issue #2 today (it was just released today in NYC) and it is so awesome. I love how she recreates that feeling of discovery as you learn how to play a new game... and slowly meet other players. I really think that Felicia Day shines as a comic book writer (did the rest of you already discuss this elsewhere?).

And speaking of topics that have probably already been discussed elsewhere: why was the 'Joss+post' link taken down? Disappointed.
(Of course the real disappointment is that Joss no longer posts).

Have you ever read Julie's tweets? She has made me laugh out loud (in utter delight) at some of the things she posts. If I were making a list based on the sheer geekiness of these ladies' Twitter posts, Ms. Benz would be #1 on my list.
And Julie Benz is presently raising funds via Twitter for Cancer-stricken kids. She says it's for her upcoming birthday. If you can spare a couple bucks, please consider doing so.
