SCI FI Wire picks the 32 best Firefly quotes Agree? Disagree?

Personally, with so many awesome lines I have no idea how they could only choose 32!

Can I just have my 15 favorite quotes be the entirety of each episode and the movie? Because there's no way I can ever narrow it down otherwise. (Although I do love each and every one of the quotes on that list.)
That's why I never kiss 'em on the mouth.

One of the greatest lines in the history of lines. And yeah, there's just too many to pick from and thinking about them is making me sad and nostalgic and angry all over again.
They missed "I'll be in my Bunk" which is pretty much the best Jayne quote ever.
Simon: "man-ape gone wrong...*thing*" and "Son of a BIATCH"
Zoe" "I think there's a problem with your brain being missing"
Book: "The *special* hell" (and people who talk in the theater)
Mal's "Everyone dies alone" b/c you can see he believes that
and Simon's "sadistic crap legitimized by florid prose" which I love just b/c it's applicable to so many things...

and I could go on and on...:p

edit - one more - Inara:"Every well-bred petty crook knows that small concealable weapons always go to the far left of the place setting."

Be nice if they actually quoted the words properly.
That's SciFi Wire for ya.
"Y'all got on this boat for different reasons..."

If we're counting the BDM, and it seems many are, Mal's entire speech, culminating in "...so no more runnin'. I aim to misbehave." is about as good as this whole quotin' thing gets.
Nooo! They messed up my favorite one! You can't have the wash fire triple-pun and forget "from a fry cook opportunity!"

Oh well. It's awesome that they made this post so long after Firefly ended. And I love how quotable that show is. xD
Yeah, they messed up a bunch of 'em.

One of my favorite climaxes, and to a very grim and ironically titled episode:

"Looks like we got here just in the nick of time. What does that make us?" "Big damn heroes, sir."
.
.
.
"Yeah, but she's our witch. So cut her the hell down."

OK I can't resist one more (quoted somewhat less often):

"A man could die on this ship." "That's because it's a deathtrap."
"We live on a spaceship dear" isn't a complete quote without Wash's "So ?" response IMO, s'what makes it. Not too many from 'Objects in Space' which is one of the more quotable episodes I reckon. Like:

Jubal Early: You folks are all insane.
Simon: Well, my sister's a ship. We had a complicated childhood.

or

River: She understands. She doesn't comprehend.

Problem with a lot of my faves is, they happen within amazing several line exchanges so don't stand all that well by themselves. So:

...Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

or

Jayne: Let's move this conversation in a not-Jayne's-fault direction...

Both great, both not as great without the before and afters.

Although:

Jayne: And if wishes were horses, we'd all be eatin' steak.

stands alone (I actually say that quite a lot, to the puzzlement of many).
These two quotes embedded in the following exchange still kill me every time...

BOOK
River..? Please, why don't you come
on out...

RIVER (O.S.)
*No. Can't. Too much hair.

BOOK
(surprised)
Is-- Is that it?

He turns to Zoe, who nods.

ZOE
Hell yes, preacher. If I didn't have
stuff to get done, I'd be in there
with her...

Book gives Zoe a lock of mild affront and starts tying up his hair.

BOOK
(to River)
It's the rules of my order... Like
the book, it symbolizes --

ZOE
(cuts him off)
Uh-huh. River, honey... *He's putting
the hair away now...

Yup, I'm feeling all giggly even as I type this. No one else ever gets them though...

*(bolded, italicized, and underlined for your viewing ease--plus, fun w/ HTML ^_^)
Reading it back then, I actually laughed out loud at Zoe's line "Hell yes, preacher. If I didn't have stuff to get done, I'd be in there with her...". Time to rewatch the DVDs methinks, seems i've reached the point where i've forgotten enough of the lines for them to surprise (and delight) me all over again.

Also, "a lock of mild affront" could be the best typo-that's-actually-totally-appropriate-and-shouldn't-be-changed of all time ;).
"But she was naked. And all...articulate!!"
"May have been the losing side, still not convinced it was the wrong one."
Ah but it's not just the words, it's the delivery! That is one of the things I love best about Firefly. The actors owned the brilliant dialog.

"Are you always this sentimental?"
One of my favorites is from the blooper reel, actually: "Can't...sentence...properly!"
Any love for Firefly is okay with me, but this clearly wasn't written by anyone who adores the series like we do here.

There is no way that any list of memorable firefly quotes could ever ever omit "I'll be in my bunk".
"Pain is scary."
I never tire of this one:

Simon (to Jayne): "My God, you're like a trained ape ... without the training!" - Jaynestown

And yes, it's abominable how many lines they got wrong. Shame the article is headlined "32 best quotes from Joss Whedon's Firefly," since so few of them are actually quotes.
