It's 'The Guild' Season 4 finale! There's a special guest star...

I'm behind on this season... Who's the guest star?
Great episode! When is the Season 4 DVD coming out?
Loved the finale! And trust me, it is better to remain unspoiled about the guest star before watching the episode. The only hint I'll provide is that the guest is a fellow Whedonverse alum.

I can't wait until next season! I hope the Axis of Anarchy are also planning to attend the con.
The Guild is definitely becoming more interesting. Looking forward to next season.
Great set up for next season there....
Perhaps the entire fifth season will essentially be a road movie where the Guildies travel to the gaming convention in Vork's van and then get into all sorts of trouble inside the convention itself.
Next season should rock. Also, majorly epic guest star. Simon, thank you for continuing your stay in the nerd-verse. We love you for it.
Much like how I irrationally tried to not love Buffy when I first watched it, I tried the same with The Guild... but it's just so damn good I can't help it. What a show.
Er, ok I missed something, who the hell is the guest star? I don't recognise him...oh ok, I checked the credits and IMDB. Guest star might be overstating it a little hmm?

Just for the record, I really hope she doesn't end up with Zaboo. Wil Wheaton all the way.

Not according to Ms Day. And he has been in two Joss Whedon productions.
What was the other, non-horrible one Simon?
Commentary! The Musical, that may be a cheat but I see it as an entity in its own right.
I really like the in-game stuff. I know their budget is generally nonexistent, but I'd be a fan of much more integration of that.

And yea, I'm getting a feeling they may actually go to a real gaming convention (ComicCon?) to shoot.
If the Guild goes to a con next season, I'm going to pray to the nerd gods that Joss Whedon does a cameo cosplaying as Numfar performing the Dance of Joy.
Loved it! I wish this show was a huge hit on regular tv and we got full sized episodes but then it may not be as charming, quirky and fun to watch!
I'd assume that if they go to a gaming convention, think more along the lines of PAX (which is a gaming convention) than Comic-Con (which isn't).
Vork puts me in the floor every single show.

Or could be the Pacey Con
That's not quite a gaming con, either. ;)
I'm with Saturn Girl on this one. Maybe we can be introduced to several Guilds who the A of A can't stand, and they'll actually have to ally with the KoG over something.
Also, the finale had interestng green-screen effects, but the story paid off
Blizzcon is the first gaming convention that came to my mind when they said it given the whole Warcraft thing, but PAX would work too.
