(SPOILER) Interview with Mariah Huehner and David Tischman about Angel #38. They talk about wrapping up Bill Willingham's arc, a little about how they tweaked Willingham's story, and where Angel is headed. There's also a short spoiler-free review. Angel #38 is out today!

Sounds like major developments on the Angel and Connor front happen in this issue and really set things going forward.I should have my copy later today. Can't wait to see what happens.
I don't get what the blacked-out spoiler was. Something huge happened on the roof between Angel and Connor? Additional spoilers plz!
Damn,I won't be able to get to my comic shop today like I'd hope so I won't be able to pick up my copy until tomorrow.
I noticed some of the dialog, minor, had been changed from the preview to the press. I liked the preview dialog.

Saying that, I think the issue was well done, but a spotty read. Things moved fast, as if they, well, took the story someone else had and compressed it and removed chunks. Kind of like Dollhouse season 2. It would have been nice to see a quality continuation of what Willingham was trying to do, but since DH is taking over, however hositle that is seeming, things just had to go.

Interested to see how this all pans out in the long.
Best issue since After the Fall.
This was a GREAT issue and felt so true to who Angel is...don't want to spoil anyone but if you haven't read it it!
