The teaser poster for 'The Avengers'. A is for Awesome.

Love it.I've always been a sucker for the superhero teaser posters that use the heroes logo.
Shouldn't there be a spoiler tag on this post؟
Only if you feel spoiled by the first letter of the title and/or the tagline.
Wooohooo!!!! I don't think I've ever been this psyched for a movie -- 'cept maybe watchmen.

Naah, not even that.

Only if you feel spoiled by the first letter of the title and/or the tagline.

Now you have me wondering what other taglines *could* have been used.
I vote for "Avengers agglomerate!", it just rolls off the tongue.
Avengers! - Some assembly required
Pretty sure A is for Avengers.

...

Oh I see what you did there.

Next spring CAN. NOT. come soon enough.
I think the proper intarwebz term is "w00t!"
Huzzah!

(that's the proper term from the Victorian interweb)

I vote for "Avengers agglomerate!", it just rolls off the tongue.

Or in Japan, "Vengeance Group Together: Go Fight !"
I'm hoping that no one thinks there's a movie called "Assemble" coming out next year.
They should consider calling it that I reckon, it's got obvious prequel/sequel title options ("Preassembled" and "Disassembled"). Think franchise people !
@BreathesStory Avengers! - Some assembly required

Going by the leaked footage, they are actually using "Some Assembly Required" in their ad campaign. Were it anyone other than Joss, I'd find that stupid but it does sound like something Topher or Xander would say.
I think this poster is kinda boring..I liked the trade show poster that was released a few months ago better. This reminds me of the teaser poster for T3.

I mean I'm sure it will look nice on my wall but I just wanted more. I'm greedy.
A is for Ah've Seen Better.
I was being sarcastic - hence the sarcastic punctuation.
<span class="sarcasm">we have our own code for that here</span>
Hah, I had to check but that tag does indeed turn stuff purple. And now that you've told everyone i'm sure that'll be the very last we see of it, oh happy day.

I was being sarcastic - hence the sarcastic punctuation.

That's actually a thing ? We should totally have a symbol for irony (!).

(did I do that right ?)

((just realised that i'm almost always being sarcastic/non-serious when I use exclamation marks anyway so maybe i'd already internalised it))
Why is there a Paramount logo in the bottom right corner? Isn't Disney distributing this?
I love the Avengers!
Holy crap I just saw this poster in my local theather on the wall. Those guys are fast.
So much punctuation geekery in comments.

Carry on.
