Yes, a print means it's printed from an original source, as opposed to the original art. Since Jo does most of the artistic wizardry for her cover art digitally, prints are pretty much all that exist. Thought it's pretty rare to find a print that's been signed by her, Joss *and* Alison together.

Why is no one bidding on naked Willow and snake monster? I like it better.

The naked Willow one actually had higher bids than the evil Willow one all the way up until this Whedonesque post went up, then the other one shot past it.

I can only assume that the majority of the new bids originated from the folks here, and the evil Willow being the primary link in the post (with the naked Willow just a link in the description) is what caused the flip.

Another likely factor is the second link being just the word "here" instead of something more descriptive. Web usability tells us that people scan more than they read, so the text you choose as the link text can have a big impact on click-through rate.

Whatever the reason, the bids skyrocketed after they were posted here ($510 for evil Willow, $207 for naked Willow), so HOLY CRAP THANK YOU GUYS!!! Equality Now will put this to good use. :-)

I managed to win what I wanted - wow, what a thrill! This is a first in terms of bidding on items to do with Joss. I hesitate to say what because I don't want anyone to feel bad, but color me ecstatic.
