(SPOILER) Once Upon a Time casts Amy Acker. Once Upon a Time has dipped into the Whedonverse yet again to fill a guest-starring role. Spoilers if you watch the show.

Ha! You can never have enough fairy tale shows guest starring Amy.
Did we also know she's going to be in Grimm?

I couldn't get through the pilot of Once Upon a Time. I was literally bored to sleep. I haven't tried it since.

But I've been watching Grimm from the start. Last night's episode was really good, and I'm glad they're finally developing the characters. They've got a nice blend of the fantastical and the "mundane" - they don't make it all about the fairytale aspect or all about the police procedural. Reminds of early X-Files.

I'm looking forward to seeing Amy on Grimm. And I wouldn't mind seeing more Whedon folks pop up from time to time.
There was a thread about Amy and Grimm last month from what I recall.
Nice! Looks like she'll probably be in 1x14 (link goes to OUAT spoiler roundup).
I was so thrilled to hear about this. Once fills some of the void that Lost left behind for me.
I am so incredibly excited about this!!! Once is definitely my favorite new show this season and I'm overjoyed that Amy (and Emma) will be on. Keep the Whedonverse actors coming!!!!!! **crosses fingers - come on Alexis**

ETA: I remember an interview with Amy at one point that she was asked who she would work with if she could work with any actress and she said Ginnifer Goodwin. It's so fun that she gets to now! I hope they have a scene together. : )

Looks like people will be rediscovering the awesomeness of Amy in 2012. Don't forget, she's in Joss' Shakespeare movie, too
