The Cabin in the Woods soundtrack drops April 3. Composed by David Julyan (Insomnia, The Prestige, Memento), it will be released by Varese Sarabande shortly before the film itself opens on April 13.

The Descent.
This will have to hold me over until the movie comes out on DVD/BR because I don't want to "taint" my experience by watching a crappy dub again ... but maybe I will give in? After all, I'm extremely excited to finally see the horror movie to end all horror movies!

Hopefully the soundtrack is at least up to par with the other Whedon-related OSTs.
Until DVD/BD? It has a June 14 theatrical release in Germany.
Remember, it's hard to get worse than Brazil's August release. I people wonder why so much stuff is downloaded and obtained through alternative means.
Varese Sarabande released the Firefly and Serenity soundtracks.
Spain doesnt even have a release date, numfar; we still could beat Brasil...
I assume that what D-e-f- is saying is that in Germany the film will be dubbed to German, hence the wait for the DVD. I'm glad they don't do that in Sweden - I would probably wait as well in that case.
