The A to Z of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. To mark Syfy UK's "Buffy: The Greatest Episodes" marathon that's airing right now, the Radio Times has produced an alphabetical look back at the series.

cool list. :) Although surely Dawn wasnt 12 at the start of season 5!? thought she was atleast 14.
Coming out as a freshman in college is "late blooming"?
I know Riley isn't exactly a fan favourite, but choosing a character who never appeared in the series over him for "R"?
Also "L" seems to be for "Lady Not Appearing In This Series". What about Larry?
Jenny Calendar would have been a more obvious choice for "J".
Coldplay played at the Bronze? I only remember their song playing over a scene in "Him".

The problem with choosing item for each letter is loosing out on characters like Anya, Andrew, Wesley, Joyce, and a billion others.

Yeah, you'd need to split it between things/themes and people. Or something. B for Bronze over Buffy? That said, what a fun little list. So nice to see it all on one page, not six hundred like normal, too!
Hmm. I'm slightly shocked at the choice of videos to embed in the article - one was a "back-to-front" version of "Going Through The Motions", which tends to be the sign it's an *ahem* unofficial upload, while the second, labelled the opening credits for S7 is clearly a fanvid with a heck of a lot of clips from the end of the season, including Chosen. Not what one might expect of what used to be the Beeb's official organ.

Tempus, it would seem, fugit.
V is for Vengeance Demon.

..ahh, never mind, these people are given about five minutes to write these things by their editors. It's not surprising that stuff gets overlooked.
Yes, 5 minutes of memories, a lifetime to argue the details.

Still, I love it.
Tony Head singing before the number one reveal on Syfy UK *dies*.
Well I see I'm not alone so that makes me feel better at least. 'K' should've been for 'Kendra' and Dawn could've been listed under 'L' for 'Little Sister' because to list someone who wasn't a part of the show and leave out Kendra is just wrong. Wrong I say!
Simon Wait. What? Tony SINGS? ARGH!

Things like this almost make me wish I had dish or cable.

Speaking of...has anyone else had trouble getting to his site? For the last two weeks I've gotten a 403 "access denied" message. Whether through my bookmark or by Googling "Anthony Stewart Head" and following that link. Very odd.
I'm fairly certain neither Coldplay or Blink 182 played at the Bronze.
ShadowQuest, it doesn't seem to be working at my end either.
His website is being rebuilt. Finally. Why they have to take down the entire site while they're at it is a mystery. I do hope it's being done professionally this time.
V is for...vampires?

Just saying.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Actually, it's pretty delicious.

Hey Caroline , about time.

P--A new Slayer is activated each time the existing one dies (Faith – see F – is the result of Buffy’s brief death at the end of series one - see D)

Looks like they missed a relevant Kendra shout-out to me.
Aimee Mann played at the Bronze, but Coldplay, Blink 182 and The Dandy Warhols did not. The Dandy Warhols and Blink 182 had songs playing in the background at the Bronze, but we never saw the bands on stage.

(I have a Buffy playlist on my computer, with 117 songs put in chronological order of when they appeared on the show.)
betweentheblinks That's impressive! My Buffy playlist is over three hours of the instrumental tracks from Christophe Beck, Douglas Romayne and Robert Duncan.

I thought this list was a bit...odd. They had some errors (such as saying Faith was called when Buffy died) and some of their choices weren't logical.

Oh well. Everyone does their own thing, and folks aren't always going to agree with it.
Oz? Skater Dude? Huh?
