Fox Home DVD Site Updated. Includes information about the Angel Season 3 DVD Due to be released on the 10th.

But thanks to the illiegal blood sucking money hoarding bastards at Wal-Mart, I got mine today! WHOO HOO For GREED!

Your link's broken.
Hmmmm, Prolific? Simon? We seem to have a problem. I put the link up there as www.foxhome.com/angel, but when you click on it, it takes you to www.whedonesque.com/www.foxhome.com/angel, I reposted it and it did it again(whoa that was a lot of its'). Anyone know what the problem is?

Does anyone know if Once More With Feeling is going to be released by it's self here in the states like it was in Europe? If not how should we let Fox know we'd like it to be
I got mine on at Wal*Mart on Tuesday. I couldn't have been more happy with their mistake!
400lb_Gorilla, you need to change your URL code.

From this:
<foxhome.com/angel>

To this:
<http://www.foxhome.com/angel>

Omitting the "http://" was the problem.
FredS - No OMWF will only be released as part of the S6 box set in the US, it's not get it's own release like it did in the UK and Europe. I don't think it will help till FOX runs out of Box sets to release and tries to find more ways to milk blood from the turnip. Ala what it is now doing in the UK with the Spike, Willow, and Faith sets.

I got my DVD of OMWF from the UK - thank goodness DVD player manufacturers try to cut cost by just switching software instead of hardware - DVDP hacks are a god send. :)
OK, Thanks for the info Oddjob.
Why does Walmart always break the sales date? Are they so big and powerful they don't have to worry about reprecussions from the studios?

And do you think a Canadian WalMart would have them out already? I'm impatient.
It's not really Wal-Mart corp. that does it, they send out the DVD's ahead of time to make sure their ready at the release date, it's the individual store that puts them out on the shelf, it really depends on your local Wal-Mart electronics workers.
Actually, I went to Borders a few days ago and they already had them on sale. Guess Wal-Mart is not the only one that f'ed up.
RavenU thanks for the info about OMWF. You are no doubt right about that I hate to say. Also I hate to say but I just wish they would because I am not sure I really care to own the whole set of season 6 "I know I am going to get a lot of flack for saying that but it's true" OMWF is the only ep of season 6 that I really liked. The rest of the season was just I don't know not up to snuff with the rest of the seasons. "Again I know flack and I am sorry pleaes don't get me wrong I love Buffy but season 6 was not good"

Also risking some flack here but due to a basketball game being on this week on our local WB they didnt' show Angel till midnight that night so I had to tape it and just now got to watch it. I have to say I loved Cordy being back and the whole ep, but I was very very very wrecked at the end of it when we find out Cordy was really dead. Why did Joss have to kill her. Coudln't he have just had her leave and go off to help the newly formed council with Giles and them. That would have worked a lot better and left it open for Cordy to at least come back one more time for the end of the show whenever that might be. But no Joss had to go and kill her like he did with Anya another thing I will never forgive him for. Just like out of the 3 nerds he had to keep Andrew who know one really knew and kill Johnathan the good one who had been on the show since day one.

OK I know I am getting on a soap box so I will be quite. But anyway sorry for any toes I stepped on but I just had to vent a bit.
FredS - I know a lot of people didn't like S6 - I personally loved it and actually was the first season I actually got to watch it (long story involving an affilliate switch). I would say go ahead and buy the set not so much for the season as for the extras - such as the BTS of OMWF and JW's comentary, as well as the TV Arts and Sciences panel with James, Michelle, Nick, Aly, Joss, Marti, and the director of photography and the set designer, which is entertaining and worth the price ofthe set alone.
RavenU you and I are a lot a like I didn't see my first ep of Buffy till the first ep of season 6. Long story I shall have to share with you some time. But anyway at the same time season 6 started FX started showing the show from the start so I got caught up on the back story of all that way and became majorly hooked. So even though I didn't care for season 6 to well I do find it odd that it was that season that got me hooked on it. Still though I do wish they would put OMWF out on DVD by it's self. Also would make it a lot easier to just view that ep over having to go through a whole set or disk to just get to it. I know I sound lazy LOL
I'm not sure why Wal-Mart puts stuff out early either. They have been known to put new DVDs on their shelves up to two weeks before the official release date and the studios never slap their hands. It's not just the one near my house - I have heard these reports from all over the country. Media Play, which is owned by the same company that owns Suncoast, Sam Goody, and On Cue, has been known to put new releases on the shelves before the street date as well.
