Axctually, the people in Re-Animator only came back with whatever brian dmages they already had, either to begin with or as a reuslt of pre-re-animation lobotomies. A brain in good shape came back basically okay.

My favorite version of this remains The Venture Brothers. The montage at the end of season one is priceless.
