The top five things I've learnt from Buffy and Angel. And just for good measure, here's a "10 Things I Learned From Buffy The Vampire Slayer" list.

Can't say I agree with much of his opinions but love to see the love.
Re: His love of Cordy. Stop watching while you're ahead. I would have liked to have someone from the future to tell me to cover my eyes and ears during most of season four.
I always justify it on the basis that it wasn't actually Cordy. When she returns in "You're Welcome," I realized, hey wait, we haven't really seen this friend of ours for a year and a half!

Pretty straightforward article, but not wrong.
Yes, but reading this made me realize that where he's at --Season 5 of Buffy and Season 2 of Angel--really might be what I consider the best places for his cited favorites: Angel, Cordy, and Spike. Sure, they have great arcs and moments later on, but some go to very low lows and struggle to recover.
