Yes he does, hence the bawling out of the eyes.

Anywho, I'm so there with him on the *this is not fear factor* thing. Eeewwww. I wouldn't do it either

I don't think he sound positive - I think he may still be in shock after all he was just told he was being let go on Friday and they may have had to still work after that - I think he still maybe a bit numb.
