I'm in Portland, Oregon. Creation Entertainment was going to have a Star Trek/Buffy/Sci-Fi con in Seattle this month but they dropped the Buffy venue. I'm guessing they'll try again next year.

I literally work in Independence, Ohio, about a mile from the Holiday Inn. And I'm moving to Seattle in March! Oh, the irony... this is the only good reason I've ever found to actually live in Ohio! %$&*@!

Y'know it'd be great to shake all their hands, and it would be even more great to see the faces and hear the voices of all the names and words I've read here in Whedonesque, but so long as Amber Benson's name isn't on that list, I won't actually have to bang my head against a wall, wishing I could be there. I do hope y'all have fun, and that by then there'll be good news to celebrate for the fall.

As for a Slayer-oriented RPG set in Cleveland, I'd love to get in on one of those myself, but just recently had to bow out of a Firefly-oriented onine RPG because my time online has become more sporadic and unpredictable.

Zach - you know Amber Benson and Adam Busch are dating now and she has been known to show up at his concerts and such. So if you want to meet Amber you can probably catch her at the Common Rotation concerts. commonrotation.com for their schedule. Wow, I just now noticed if they got married she wouldn't have to change her initials, how cute would that invitation look. :)

Ok and yeah - if they had kids what a great story they could tell - "Yeah, one time daddy killed mommy on TV."

Wow, that's pretty ironic that they got together. Where did you hear about this, RavenU? I remember reading somewhere in an interview (maybe it was a transcript of a convention Q&A?) with Tom Lenk, Adam Busch and Danny Strong that when they were asked which Buffy actress they found most attractive and Adam said Amber Benson.
