Nathan Fillion visits Conan O'Brien. Our beloved Captain Tightpants is on Conan tonight (Sept. 25, 2012) to promote the new season of Castle!

Season Five of Castle begun airing last night (Sept. 24, 2012 on ABC in the United States and CTV (in Canada). It seems Conan feels Nathan would make an excellent "dashing rogue" teacher and I agree ;P

During the interview, Conan and Nathan chat about loving the Apple iPhone 5, Nathan's new hobby of welding and what Mr. Fillion is going to dress up as for Halloween.

Oddly, during Nathan's segment he didn't promote Castle at all. He didn't even mention it (though Conan did). As mentioned above, Nathan's love for his new iPhone 5, welding, and Halloween were all he talked about.

Honestly, I thought it was weird too...but for the reason of Conan actually steering the discussion in a way that kept the discussion away when Nathan was only on for what, five minutes before the commercial break?

I mean, I didn't see any sign of an edit where the broadcast was altered where there might have bee some talk...
