Adam Baldwin joins TNT's "Last Ship" pilot. He replaces Titus Welliver who was forced to drop out due to a family health emergency.

That is a weird replacement.
This premise sounds more interesting than other recent post-apocalyptic offerings. The character description is a little bland, but I've no doubt Adam Baldwin will bring the fun in.
This sounds like good casting. I don't really see Titus in a second-in-command role. Adam seems much more in sync with the character description.
Good news and I'm happy for him. :)
