Behind the Magic: "Marvel's The Avengers" - Anatomy of a Shot. Remember getting that incredible head rush when seeing the "tie-in" shot for the first time? Well now you can find out how that scene was created thanks to this Industrial Light & Magic video.

Great link. Man, that scene came together well.
I thought Joss just blew up New York for real?

Probably would have been cheaper...
Very cool. This wasn't on the Avengers blu-ray was it? As it probably should have been.
This confirms my suspicion that it is definitely time for another screening.
I just realized what I wanted for Christmas.
Huh. Very cool video.
Going to watch it AGAIN tonight. I love this movie.
This has barely left my player since I bought the DVD. (I didn't catch the theatrical release, but I did BUY it on DVD.) It's thoroughly satisfying every time. I've heard criticisms of the cinematography-but I can't see why....it's just great fun every time- it passed (nearly) any fantasy I could have had due to the loving care of Joss Whedon.
