If Joss Whedon directed Star Wars Episode VII. MTV Splash speculates about a Joss Whedon Star Wars film if he could have done it.

Could've. Could've. Or could have. Not could of.

Sorry, but that bugs me.
Scene: The cantina. Enter an old timer who buys a drink and sits at a crowded table.

Old Timer: There's a new ship in port. Say they beat Solo's record on the Kessel run. Firebug class or some such.

Enter a girl.

Old Timer: Ok. That's one of the crew, this one ain't quite right in the head. Should have plenty of cash on her. Rollng her should be a whole bunch safer than that damn Jedi we had in here a while back.
...
Believe the saying is, "Could have, should have, would have."

For myself, I'm thinking this point is mute for Joss wasn't even involed with any of this at all. No, George Lucas did this all by his self.

Madhatter Moot. Unless the point has been silenced, in which case it's mute. :-) And himself.

guidedby Thank you! I was going to say that, but didn't want to come across...ya know...like a bitca.

technovamp I like that! Can you imagine the Greedo scene with River instead of Han?

Thank you, ShadeowQuest, I've been corrected. Used to be so on top of stuff like that. Hate to think I'm getting lazy. Again, thanks for catching my fall.
Hope I didn't come across rude or anything, Madhatter. One of my BIGGEST pet peeves is improper grammar. (I'm not saying I'm perfect, just that little things, like "it's" instead of "its," bug me.)

Since Disney now owns the Star Wars franchise, and they also own Marvel, and Joss works for Marvel, fantasizing about Joss doing a Star Wars movie stands to reason. It certainly would be...different.

Not at all. I hate when people use, "your" when they meant, "you're. Drives me nuts! One thing that turns me off on any internet site is when the members don't use proper language (why is simon smiling?).

Anyhoo, I can't see Joss touching "Star Wars" with a ten foot pole. After the last three movies, that dog doesn't hunt anymore. Here's the thing. I think Joss has another picture in mind.

Not a problem! I generally ignore stuff like that, but this site is special, and ever since I saw "could of" used in a headline in a big city freaking newspaper I feel the need to say something. I can't let it continue.

And sorry Buffyfantic. I did not mean to be rude.
