Short interview with Joss on Much Ado About Nothing. In which he recommends small and weird movies.

No wonder all his work is so hilarious!
Viscera is such a lovely word.
Loved his Channing Tatum comment. Damn, wish I could meet Joss in person, he's so awesome.
Heh! That was funny. Looking forward to seeing this on Saturday.

"I think movies are stupid."Brillant.
I'm hung up on his not having any pets comment. He used to have cats. A house without pets sounds so sad to me, but I guess if you've got two kids, you maybe don't need pets, too. Alternately, he could just be saying that because it's a better joke if he doesn't have pets.
Unlike me, Joss, obviously, can deliberately write funny when he wants, but on the other hand I'm thinking that like me his humor mainly arises from the fact of using and presenting words differently from how most people do.

Kiba: I see your point but there can be very good reasons not to have pets. People with allergies, and people who like animals but know they'll never have the right kind of patience to interact with and treat them properly are two examples of them.

I don't remember the old TV version with Sam Waterston and Kathleen Widdoes very clearly, but I think this, like Cabin... is soemthing I'd like to see, as opposed to Avengers... which I view as an obligation to my integrity as a viewer and s-f-f fan.
I knew there had to be a reason why I've always kinda liked Waterworld. Mystery solved!
I knew he looked like Tatum Channing from an angle! LOL Um, actually I don't even know who Channing Tatum is, but I love Joss, and this is why. His wit is so good :) I wish I could be there.
Um, yeah, this is awesome and that's all I have.
DaddyCatALSO I think one of his kids is allergic and that's why he doesn't have the cats anymore. Still makes me sad.
Hey DaddyCatALSO that's an awesome way of describing Joss' brand of funny.

(Cute article too.)
This explains the end of Cabin I guess. Take that, movies.
I was expecting actual recommendations for small and weird movies, still quite a nice little interview though.
