J. August Richards talks Arrow, Angel, and dances around S.H.I.E.L.D. with IGN. "I feel like all I'm doing right now as a career is, I still sort of feel like I'm playing Star Wars with my friends at 9 years old. I feel like somehow I made a living out of playing Star Wars."

Except it isn't. The JAR interview the other day is completely different and even on a different site. Did you even read the interviews?

Very true. I was wrong. After the Star Wars quote in the headline I figured it was a repeat, I saw this in the other article. My bad. Just wanted to use my repeat joke, got over zealous.

Also I only scanned the second after reading the first from a few days ago. Checking them now I am surprised how similar they are in the questions asked, but the answers are quite different.

Sorry again.

As for the interview, now that I have read it (I'm an idiot), I especially like the coy, non answer to the question about S.H.I.E.L.D.

No harm done. All the secrecy makes me believe even more that JAR is playing a important character and isn't just a one-off.

I love that he still loves the show(Angel).

I would enjoy that greatly. I'd like to see more of him. I'm going to check out these shows. I recently came home from working on cruise ships. So now that I am home I can watch my beloved television again. 4 years at sea... Ugh.
I thought he was great on last night's Arrow.Very creepy.
What a great guy. I'm so happy for him and all his success.
I'm really excited to see him in SHEILD. It does make you wonder who he's playing, doesn't it? (Then again Alexis Denisof's presence in the Avengers was kept quiet too for some reason... But it's too early to speculatively typecast Angel alumni in the JossMarvelverse isn't it?)
J is very friendly on twitter. Personable, great with fans. I saw him at Mutant Enemy Day and now I wish I'd had the courage to say hi.
