How to be prolific: guidelines for getting it done by Joss Whedon. An interesting interview with Joss where he expands on his usual "just make it" advice. ETA: There's other new interviews with Joss to be had with the BBC, Studio 360, Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo and Now Magazine. Empire Magazine has a podcast interview with Joss, Alexis and Amy.

Always interesting to read Joss' advice. I like this bit:
Absolutely eat dessert first. The thing that you want to do the most, do that.

I get so much more done when I follow this advice, but I still need to remind myself of it at times. There's always a part of me that feels like I should do the hard part first, or work from beginning to end--but the dessert first way works much better for me.
I've added three other Joss interviews to this one. Thanks to the original posters for the heads up.
I added Joss' interview with Mark Kermode & Simon Mayo from today.
Thanks. I'm start to feel fatigued from all of this coverage, more so than other Joss projects. Consolidation stops the front page from falling into free fall mode.

My goodness, this interview is fantastic. I'd love to see these de/motivational quotations interspersed amongst the quotes in the upper-right-hand corner.
Terrific review from Philip French.
