Watch the latest episode of TNT's "King and Maxwell" featuring guest star Dichen Lachman. She appears as Benny in an episode filled with other genre guest stars, the episode "King's Ransom" originally aired on July 1st, 2013. (Link for US Residents).

She's the 2nd Whedon alum to appear in the series, following Mark Lutz who appeared in the premiere episode, and before the already announced guest appearance by Christian Kane later into the series.

I got the impression she'll be a recurring character, so, yay!

It did seem that way to me too. It's a bit of a throwback type duo detective team show and now they're filling in the quirky secondary characters now, of which she seems to be.
