I think it would be fun if Jarvis became self-aware and took over one of Tony's suits and loaded up it up with weapons at Stark Enterprise's arsenal and evolved into Ultron. Jarvis could make for a really interesting villain.

I think it would be kinda awesome to see JARVIS become Ultron, if only because Paul Bettany does menacing really well and having a former ally as an enemy that knows so much about you and secrets facing off against you is like having an AI version of Batman hunting you....complete mindfrak awesome!

Vin Diesel? Normally....no. Just no. But you know what? If anyone could make a movie with Vin Diesel work, it'd be Joss. Actually, now that I think about it, I wonder what hidden depths he has as an actor that Joss would tease out and play to. It seems like he brings out the best in everyone he works with. Le sigh.
