Second Marvel tv series rumoured to be in development. According to Deadline's Nellie Andreeva, "I hear the company is working on a concept for a potential TV series inspired by Agent Carter, a one shot, which will be featured on the upcoming Blu-ray release of Iron Man 3".

Please please please Agent Carter?? Hayley Atwell is just perfect.
I really need this to happen, the Agent Carter short was fun. Perhaps the best way to handle this is to do a flashback episode in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as a back door pilot.
And Bradley Whitford could be in it as well.
Upcoming? Isn't the BD already out, I saw it in stores the last week.

Bradley's new show is also premiering in the US on the same night as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, same network, shame is not the show right after AoS.
Oh yes Simon that would be brilliant.
IM3 is not in U.S. stores yet.
I can't decide what I'd like Hayley Atwell to do more. An Agent Carter series, or a rebooted Tomb Raider film franchise.
I'm sceptical--that would basically make for a SHIELD series and a SHIELD-in-the-past series launching terribly close together. Seems like an odd way to concentrate Marvel's TV efforts.

On the other hand, Marvel has already said they're considering doing another Agent Carter Oneshot for an upcoming release. Could those talks have been misinterpreted?
They could do a series of flashback episodes in Agents of SHIELD and use it as a backdoor pilot??? Whatever they do, I NEED more Peggy Carter in my life!
I would be way way more into that AKA Jessica Jones series that was being shopped last year. I recently re-read Alias and had forgotten what a stellar book it is. Also - Joss writing for Jessica Jones is perfection in my head.
Sort of off topic (but it was mentioned), Bradley's show "Trophy Wife" is available online already through ABC. I watched it was was very pleasantly surprised. He's great it in.
