A round-up of reviews for last week's Agents of SHIELD episode. Digital Spy said 'Eye-Spy' was "solid blockbuster entertainment for the small-screen". SFX gave it 3 1/2 stars out of 5 and IGN 7.9 out of 10. So So Gay said the episode was "pacy, well written and full of twists and turns". Crave Online went with "a fun and dramatic episode". Den of Geek thought that SHIELD "is definitely getting better" and the TV Fanatic reviewer loved "the tone, tempo and pace of the episode".

Another front page post stating that Live+7 increases the numbers seems really moot at this point, unless there's a huge drop or a gigantic increase compared to previous weeks.

But the Numbers are in for those interested

18-49 L+SD (rating): 3.3
18-49 L+7 (Rating): 5.4
Post Airdate Increase (Absolute) : +2.1
Post Airdate Increase (%): +64%

Just like the overnight ratings, seems like the L+7 increase percentage has also done so.
Does "pacy" mean "had good pacing?"
Does "pacy" mean "had good pacing?"

No, it means it moved or progressed quickly. Whether that is *good* pacing is up to the viewer.

Oh, I thought "pacy" meant the reviewer had been infected with Buffy-speak. :)
Or Dawson's Creek :p.
Oh, Pacy! You blind idiot. Can't you see she doesn't love you?
My 7 yr old loves Agents of SHIELD. It's easy to be nitpicky and complain about it not being a proper Joss show etc., but watching it with him is a joy. He was hiding behind his hands during the scene last week, and got very excited during the action bits. So far I've deemed it OK for him to watch. I hope it stays appropriate for him. The only other thing he gets so excited about is Dr Who, and that's hardly ever on these days!

bivith, That makes me wish I had a kid to watch with.
