Elizabeth Taylor watched Buffy! One of us!

upset that the words Buffy, the Vampire Slayer are followed by 'bad tv'
She watched Buffy and then she watched bad tv.
I wonder what other major movie stars are Joss Whedon fans other than possibly Amy Adams (don't if she is but she guest starred on Buffy).
Will Smith is a Buffy fan.
I hope Liz appreciated the shout out in Chosen.
I'm sure it was a misquote. Or that he meant to say badass TV. I know what I think anyway.
Reddygirl, remind me of the shout out please. I'm not remembering it.

And while it's not quite the same but Steve Inskeep revealed himself to be a Neal Gaiman fan in an interview a couple of weeks ago. It wouldn't surprise me if he were also one of us. Whedonverse and Gaimanverse are neighboring universes after all.
Somehow I got a vision of Angelo Rossito chanting "We accept her, one of us...."

Spike: Not to be a buzzkill, love, but my fabulous accessory isn't exactly tingling with power.
Buffy: I'm not worried.
Spike: I'm getting zero juice here, and I look like Elizabeth Taylor.
Faith: Cheer up, Liz. Willow's big spell doesn't work, it won't matter what you wear.
@bovik. That makes me laugh even now, and it has been a while since I have seen Chosen.
Not everyone needs to revere Buffy, guys.
Avengersfan, I don't know about movie stars, but in an interview with i09 in 2010, Author China Mieville said something lovely about Joss, so I know he's a big fan. Edited for clarity: And that really does it for me, that's all I need to hear in terms of why I support Joss the way I do, when someone as discerning as China, who I greatly admire and respect, picks up on how Joss feels about his audience.

But there's something about [JJ's projects] that makes me particularly uncomfortable. As compared to somebody like Joss Whedon, who - even when there are misfires - I feel likes me and loves me and is on some cultural level my brother and comrade.

Ugh. I ADORE China Miéville. Not that it would be a selling point for everyone, but he's the only author that regularly sends me reaching for a dictionary. I love words and I love learning new words.
@Gouki but they better, cause they're missing out! :D
And, Ed Sheeran is also a Buffy fan, isn't he?
Oh, Gouki, Gouki... yes. Yes they do.
Aw. It's nice to know she watched it sometimes.
