(SPOILER) Zack Whedon sheds light on 'Serenity: Leaves on the Wind'. More artwork and more plot details about what happened after the events of 'Serenity'.

And if you've seen Adam Baldwin's avatar on Twitter lately, you might have a hint as to just why Jayne isn't aboard as the series starts.
January cannot come fast enough.
The One True b!X - I'll go check out Adam Baldwin - don't follow him on Twitter, but I have very little time to spend there.

Meanwhile, I'll try to read this, I really will, but I have a hard time reading comics. I gave up on both Angel S6 (I found it to be rambling and basically incomprehensible) and Buffy S8 (couldn't keep track of the storyline very easily). Mainly, I have a hard time understanding what's actually happening in the comics. The visuals don't work for my brain, for some reason. So maybe I'll just read all the spoilers, and try to track it that way!
Would have loved to see it with the actors, but the scene of everyone awaiting the arrival of Zoe and Wash's baby girl is nicely done in comic form.
Ah! I didn't realize there were 4 pages I could read! Cool! Also, cute! Also, do we get from the 1st bit of art that Mal and Inara might actually be getting together?

Also about Adam's avatar: I'm gathering he's maybe been in a big ol' fight. No surprise .....

Maybe I'll buy the comic after all.
I'm excited about this in a way I haven't been excited about the Buffy comics in awhile.
