Joss Whedon answers the question "Who is the strongest between The Hulk and The Thing?" French comic book artist Davy Mourier asked Joss this question and about Dr. Horrible when Joss was over in Paris. Be warned - he (Davy) gets naked at the end of the YouTube video so possibly NSFW.

The Joss interview starts at 1:41.

Doesn't miss a beat answering that one!
That's not even a hard question. Everyone knows this.
I was glad to hear Joss's answer about when he'd have time to work on a Dr. Horrible sequel ("Well, I have to stop Avenging, but hopefully soon after that.")

About 2 years ago the stars seemed to be aligning, with work on the script underway and possible actor timeframes pencilled in, but then the Avengers-2 commitment happened and well... back burner.

Looking forward to BOTH!
Maybe he doesn't have to stop Avenging. Maybe Captain Hammer will apply to join the Avengers in Avengers 3!

Ah yes, Avengers 3: The Avengers vs the Evil League of Evil. I can see the epicness ! Followed by Avengers 4: The Musical ! :)
That is a pretty easy answer. Who can take the biggest punch might be a better question.

If you like Whedon's style of writing, the Hulk vs Thing graphic novel from the 90's was one of the best. The Thing's Marvel-Two-In-One series was heavy on the sarcastic humor as well.
