(SPOILER) Oscars ad for Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Uprising. I'm not sure if the subtitle "Uprising" refers to the specific episode that's airing on Tuesday, a mini-arc, or a total re-branding of the show. EDIT: Thanks to Sunfire, the original video-of-a-TV-screen version has been replaced by an actual YouTube version.

An identical Facebook version can be found here.

Since I don't know where else to put this comment - although he didn't win, thought it was great that Chiwetel Ejiofor got brought up onto the Oscar stage for the "12 Years a Slave" Best Picture win. Well done!
I hope against a rebranding. we barely know who the people in the bus are, we know very little about the people they work for. (I'm going to watch it.)
Looks like they're trying to make a 'event' like Marvel likes to make events to boost their sales.

Yeah, I agree it feels like a subtitle of a new chapter, a new multi-episode event, probably uncovering dirt on S.H.I.E.L.D and rebelling against them, in anticipation of The Winter Soldier. Seems like a good idea.
I am really surprised that ABC have not put this online yet.
That was a flash of Cap's shield at the end behind the SHIELD logo. I presume it's got to do with promoting the Winter Soldier cross over/tie in. That and Lady Sif is due any episode isn't she?
I agree that this is probably going to be an extended "Coulson's team goes rogue" storyline that will probably tie in and culminate with the Captain America movie.

Dare we hope for a Captain America cameo before it's over?

There's nothing wrong with hope, and if they got SLJ for a cameo early on, I'm sure Chris Evans could pop in quickly. Don't let him see Coulson though! That would be awkward.
I only want the big guns when built into a story arc/episode and not the other way around. It would feel too cheap and referential. If SHIELD and Marvel TV want to live up to the movies they need to be daring and exciting. Thor can pop up for a scene, but only if the show is not dependent on it.
Seeing as S.H.I.E.L.D. is a major player in the new Cap movie, I am completely not surprised that they're going to do some tie-in stuff. Based on what I know about the movie, the season-long arc of Coulson figuring out what happened to him and questioning the authority he blindly followed before seems very tied in.
I begin to wonder if bringing Coulson back from death wasn't so much for his individual importance as him being a guinea pig for testing out the technology.
If barboo is right, this sounds like what happened to River Song. It's even more connected, but I hope it means Coulson can kill with his brain.
My mantra is Trust Joss. I have. I do. I will. It's going somewhere awesome. That's really the only direction his things go.
ABC finally posted it to their YouTube account, so I've updated the link. Still scratching my head about the subtitle.
Thanks Sunfire! I'm sure we'll find out soon enough, but I'm very curious about it.
