"Die Jagerin" - a Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan film. Decent production values and you can more or less follow the plot even if you don't speak German.

How about L'ennui pour La Buffy? A Salford film student's homage - clever and funny. It was in the sidebar next to the vid you linked to - I don't think I've ever seen it here. I loved all the knowing references. "I was a Joss Whedon fan before it was cool."
Haven't looked at the first film yet, but L'ennui pour La Buffy is really good. I usually don't like fan films but that one was very well made, and even funny, and touching.

The 'Restless' influence works really well, and it's just fun to watch for any Whedon fans.
Bravo to the people behind it.
