Comedy Central adapting web sensation 'BriTANick'. Brian Mc Elhaney and Nick Kocher (First and Second Watchmen from 'Much Ado About Nothing') are the comedy team behind BriTANick.

From the article:

The pilot is inspired by the duo's popular online videos, which have amassed millions of views and fans, including Joss Whedon, who, along with Nathan Fillion, have appeared in some of the shorts.

. . .

Kocher and McElhaney created BriTANick in 2008 after the duo graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. The duo writes, directs, edits and acts in all of their videos. They've produced more than 30 shorts, including "The Coach," featuring Whedon, who called the pair "film greatness."

The site also includes a link to "The Coach".

Sounds great! Hope they get picked up
I'm tentatively very excited! It's weird since they've mostly worked in short form and there's not really a direct way of translating that to something longer, but they're both likable.

I've heard great things about Broad City and I think they also have Inside Amy Schumer as two examples where they're letting these relatively less known comedians do things with their personalities.
