The top 10 best comic-book movie villains ever. Loki comes in at number two, "the fan-favourite Norse God of Comic-Con was at his best in Joss Whedon's glorious Marvel team-up."

Well they are promoting the DVD in the article :).
Yeah, Goblin does not belong anywhere near this list. I definitely don't agree with it. I think the top four should be:
1. Joker
2. Loki
3. Magneto
4. Zod
You can argue the order and maybe I'm missing one or two. But as far as I remember everyone else doesn't compare. I actually prefer Michael Rosenbaum's Luthor over Hackman's. That Lex was a literal joke. And Elijah Wood was my favorite Sin City villain.
Comic book girl 19 and her evil robot!!

Yeah, I'm just Jossing. I'm laying the odds on the Joker.
Rosey was a FANTASTIC Lex.
The truth is, there aren't many great comic-book villains in the movies. I can only think of a few, and most of them are the Joker. Three actors have given terrific performances in the role, if you include Mark Hamill. Other than that, the list is tiny. I'd include Loki and--if I'm in the right mood-Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman. But if I'm being honest, I'd have to admit that neither performance compares to Hannibal Lecter or the Wicked Witch of the West or any of the best Draculas. My hope is that the best comic-book villains are yet to come. And with the volume of super-hero movies these days, we may see one or two before the end of the decade.
