(SPOILER) First look at Adrianne Palicki as Mockingbird on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. There is a little new plot information included below the photo as well.

*sigh* I wish that the actress looked more like the character, couldn't she have at least worn a wig?
Adrianne Palicki is a natural blonde according to the internet (and appeared as such in Friday Night Lights), if you mean her hair color. I looked up Mockinbird and wikipedia says she first appeared in the comics as a young brunette so I don't see the problem. Or do you mean the hairstyle? Why does she have to look like the comic book character at all? It's not like a character in an adaptation has to be a replica of the source material (which is kind of wishy washy as it is since the character changed hair colors).
She doesn't have to be anything. She can be a redhead, have short hair, be a blonde, or she can even be ...wait for it....not white.

I'm not judging the casting decision but this show could still use some more diverse casting, especially when it's not particularly important (as far as I remember) that Mockingbird is white.
