Showrunner Tara Butters talks foes, friends, and the future of 'Agent Carter'. Agent Carter showrunner Tara Butters spoke with Hypable about that crazy stinger, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. tie-ins, and what may be next for Peggy Carter.

The way everyone is talking, it's as if the show will have another season. Let's hope that it does, because this show has been one hell of a ride!
Have to confess it took me a while to get on board with this mini-series, but by the time we came to the end I am all for it, and certainly hoping for a second season.
I loved it and am feeling positive that something will happen - another season or a Netflix project.
I bought the season pass for Agent Carter... but I've been watching Buffy reruns instead of actually keeping up with it. (Although I am more watching my teen sons watch Buffy than actually watching it myself... They want the Cheese Man to return)
I'm really really happy with the implication that a second season is likely. *crosses all ten fingers* *wishes upon a star* *prays to the TV gods*

I love this show a lot, and can't wait for more!
The finale certainly felt written with a second season in mind.
I watched the first few episodes & then got distracted, but last night I burned through the last five. Loved it. Want more!
They wrote and cast and acted and designed and costumed and filmed this show as if it was the biggest of big-time productions. Given its "fill in the gap" positioning on the network schedule, I didn't expect anything nearly so substantial and accomplished.

Even if all they ever do is to fill in the gap again in future AoS seasons, I'll really look forward to it--but I hope that they'll get to do more than that. They've earned it completely as far as I'm concerned.
I am very much hoping that Agent Carter gets another season. It is the only show that both my husband and I watch together as must see tv - and I would be incredibly sad if that is all we get.
I liked it, and I think it will improve in a second season. The stuff about getting over Captain America and proving herself to the guys was decent, but it felt like the stuff they had to do before they could get to the rest. I really feel like this will be one of those shows that was good in the first season and then really takes off in the second season.
"Eight is enough" was never less true than with this series.
