April 15 2015

(SPOILER) 'Age of Ultron' score will be available on CD on May 19th. The score, composed by Brian Tyler and Danny Elfman, will have a digital release on April 28th by Hollywood Records. Spoilers for the score track listing.

Neat.
Been a Brian Tyler fan for a while, wonder how their collaboration turned out.

So Age of Ultron got only the score release, right? No random current rock bands "soundtrack" (emphasis on the quotation marks) we had the last time, besides Silvestri's score.
I really like what Tyler did for the IM3 and "Hail to the King" closing credits. And I have Elfman's "Flash" theme (1990) as a ringtone on my phone.

I would be very excited to hear a collaboration that combines their strengths.
@Numfar PTB: Brian Tyler recorded an entire score for "Age of Ultron" late last year/early January 2015, and then Danny Elfman was brought in February to rescore parts of the film. It wasn't a collaboration, but I saw a press photo of Tyler and Elfman together -- and they seem pretty cool with the arrangement.
