'Rossum's Universal Robots' - a Dollhouse essay. This originally appeared in the "Inside Joss' Dollhouse: From Alpha to Rossum" anthology.

I just started re/reading RUR yesterday. Wacky!

Surprised the article didn't mention its primary claim to fame, inventing the word 'robot' - though I guess that bit of trivia isn't as obscure as it used to be. (Anyone see that Simon Pegg movie?)

Anyway, this was a good read, and got me excited for the next time I'll watch Dollhouse. I hope it also ignites some interest in Čapek's work for today's geeks. He is a treasure.
