(SPOILER) Chris Hemsworth cast In Ghostbusters. He's been cast as...

...the film's receptionist.
That should be fun!
10 bucks says Chris Hemsworth will 1)be shirtless at some point and 2)end up in relationship with one of the Ghostbusters by the end of the film.

Hopefully they write him alot of funny lines and don't just use him as a pretty face. He has great comedic timing.
That's a great casting decision.
Any time Chris Hemsworth is cast, it's a great casting decision!
I am a bit dubious of this whole film, but I deeply support this casting decision.
Call me intrigued...I'd like to see where Feig and co. take Hemsworth's character, since I've long thought Annie Potts' Janine Melnitz was an unsung gem in the two previous Ghostbusters films. Maybe have him be Janine and Louis's kid and have people wonder how they produced a blonde Adonis :)

Love that idea, BlueEyedBrigadier!
Though straying from the topic, for what it's worth, METAI (re: dubious), Feig's and McCarthy's Spy was physically problematically hysterical.

Kind of awesome. Please tell me he'll wear sweater vests and nerdy glasses. Cuz now I can't stop picturing that.
Is it wrong that I laughed when I read Sony "beefed up" the part for him? This could be brilliant!
Still not sure why this needs to not take place in the same universe as the originals, but I'm still interested to see how it turns out. Hemsworth playing Janine, basically? Alright.
