Ratings for last night's Agents of SHIELD mid-season premiere. The show returned with a 1.1/4 in the 18-49 demo.

It's a new series low, 2 tenths down from last episode.
I'm actually surprised it wasn't lower after that eternity of a hiatus. If you're going to have a hiatus that long, then you really have to treat the two halves as their own seasons.

I think NBC is on the way to becoming the 24/7 "The Voice" channel.
No worries. It's not going to be canceled.
Isn't this almost irrelevant since it's too early to have dvr numbers?
It's already been renewed! Your ratings mean nothing!

As much as I liked Agent Carter I have come to the conclusion that the old system of reruns mixed with new episodes in the second half of the season was better for the ratings. :(
I agree on that point, JDL. Also, ABC sometimes replays Agents of SHIELD (or Agent Carter) on another night. Unfortunately, thy don't seem to do this consistently. Believe it or not, not everyone has DVR's or cable, so they get lost if they miss an episode.
