Joss Whedon's unbreakable rule for Skye and Jemma on Agents of SHIELD. Chloe Bennet and Elizabeth Henstridge tell IGN about the one line that Joss did not want the show to cross.

No catty female rivalry, very important. The fact that women are working together in every episode without any of that (especially in tense situations with high stakes disagreements) has been really refreshing.

I've also really enjoyed the fact that people are honestly trying to work together through various disputes and that many points of disagreement are driven by concerns about the consequences of their SHIELD missions and decisions.
Seems this season is pushing body counts anyhow. And last night they didn't even notice walking out.
So YoYo Rodriguez is going to be a regular or recurring character for now. Cool.
