Evaluating the financial performance of 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'. Deadline reckons the movie made $382M in net profit for Disney.

The film opened with a $191M domestic weekend gross, which accounted for 41% of all tickets sales during that weekend. That was the biggest superhero opening in the U.S. ever and second of all films, behind the final Harry Potter.

I could have sworn the first Avengers movie had a $206 million opening weekend, which was the record until Jurassic World passed it.
Yeah, uh, didn't Star Wars have a bigger opening too?
Deadline isn't good at box office since Finke left.
