Marti Noxon's 'Girlfriends' Guide To Divorce' gets a 3 season renewal from Bravo. This pick-up includes seasons 3, 4 and 5. TV Insider has a nice write-up about why the cable network chose to do so, including comments from Marti about the creation of the show.

"With Marti and Lisa leading our stellar writers and cast, GG2D is a show that captures an important slice of the zeitgeist', says Jeff Wachtel, CCO, NBC Universal Cable Entertainment and President, Universal Cable Productions.

Trying to remember the last show that got a three season order. Nothing comes to mind.
Simon, I think Lost was guaranteed its 4th, 5th, and 6th seasons towards the end of season 3. GOT I think was renewed for 2 seasons last year?
Big Bang Theory got Seasons 8, 9 and 10 all at once. 10 is next year I think.
Wow. I figured that headline had to be a typo. Now I really want to know how that happened. Probably has to do with locking all the talent in all at once so there isn't holdouts each season making things tricky. And yay! Marti. She seems to be everywhere right now.
A three-season pick-up is incredible. Haven't seen the show, but kudos to Marti and everyone else working on the show.

Always reassuring from a fan's standpoint as well.
So excited about this! If you haven't seen it, you should at least watch the ep with Joss' cameo (season 2, episode 1...I think?). Marti is such a powerhouse. I just binged UnREAL and loved it.
I'm happy for her success. I watched the first two episodes of UnREAL on a transatlantic recently and they were addictive. I planned to binge the rest of the season on the way back, only the second airplane didn't have it. It was a sad moment.
