Marti Noxon's adaptation of Gillian Flynn's first novel "Sharp Objects" will air on HBO. The project stars Amy Adams who played Cousin Beth in the fifth season episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer entitled "Family". Joss wrote and directed that epsiode.

Hot diggity. I read this and all of Gillian Flynn's novels and think Marti Noxon should adapt them all.
